Every restaurant in the Lush Life portfolio is only as good as what comes before the cooking starts. Provisions Bread & Cheese is where it starts. The sourdough that arrives at 2 Spring before dinner. The brioche buns for Gimme Burger. The fresh pasta rolled daily for Gioia. The cheese boards that close a meal at the Chef's Counter. Breads and pastas are made here each morning and distributed across the portfolio — because Lush Life's commitment to in-house preparation begins at this address.

Our handcrafted breads are baked fresh daily using only the highest quality, unbleached, unbromated flour — no artificial additives, no conditioners, no shortcuts. We mill with intention, source with care, and let time do the work that most bakeries skip. Slow fermentation develops flavor that fast production never can. What comes out of our ovens each morning is the result of process, not formula.

Fresh pasta is rolled daily and delivered the same morning it's made. Baked goods are produced in volume without sacrificing the craft that defines them.

There is no commissary kitchen, no outside supplier, no overnight delivery from a central facility. Everything you see on this shelf was mixed, shaped, and baked here before sunrise. This bakery is the source.

No bromated or bleached flour — ever.  No seed oils, just butter & real fat. No artificial preservatives. No shelf-life chemistry. Our ingredient list is short because it should be. Unbleached, unbromated flour, real fats, and time. That's the formula. Bread that tastes like bread because that's all it is.

Country sourdough, rye & caraway, daily focaccia, and enriched brioche — all built on long fermentation and local stone-milled grain. Baked each morning in limited quantities.

The Cheese Counter

A curated selection of aged American originals and European classics, refreshed seasonally. Comté, Époisses, cave-aged cheddars, fresh ricotta and burrata, and composed boards for any occasion.

The Pasta Program

Fresh pasta rolled daily — shapes and cuts that change with the season. Available wholesale to restaurants and select retail accounts across Long Island.
